My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. Cognitive behavioral simply means looking at how your thoughts and beliefs can affect your feelings, as well as your actions. Psychodynamic therapy involves exploring past experiences and relationships to see how they may be impacting your life now.
Equally important as my therapeutic approach is the way I work, which has been described as warm, empathetic, open and real. Clients have commented on my calm presence and ability to quickly understand where they are coming from.
I work with a wide range of issues including overcoming anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions and decisions, changing unsatisfactory relationship patterns, as well as managing and reducing stress.
